In den letzten Jahren wurden erhebliche Investitionen in die Modernisierung und Sanierung des Standorts getätigt. So wurde im Jahr 2024 die Taucherübungshalle wieder in Betrieb genommen, nachdem sie mehrere Jahre saniert worden war, und die Hallenausbildung der Minentaucher und Kampfschwimmer ist wieder möglich.
